A small and very lovely ebonised striking table clock with silent verge escapement. This table clock is a quintessential example of one of Vulliamy's most-desired spring clocks. The 'squashed' inverted bell top has lovely proportions and the dial has the bonus of two subsidiary rings for strike/silent and pendulum regulation. The backplate is beautifully engraved and has the neat addition of a folding pendulum holdfast block.
