A very pretty and small Regency mahogany table timepiece with enamel dial. This little timepiece has lovely proportions, the 4½ inch enamel dial is faultless and it has a perfect signature and delicate blued steel hands. The movement has a single gut fusee with anchor escapement and brass rod pendulum. William Allam, worked in Bond Street from 1743 and joined with William Clements in 1764 until in 1795 the company became Allam & Caithness until 1805.
