DIAL Circular cream-painted dial signed Perigal London with Roman chapters and blued steel heart-shaped hands MOVEMENT The movement has thick brass plates with five pillars and twin chain fusees, the going train with anchor escapement and good steel-rod pendulum with securing bracket; the strike train chiming the hours on a bell fixed to the backplate
